The first batch of eggs had no surviving babies. It appeared two eggs had a failed attempt to break through. I disposed of the remaining eggs today. I am unsure if removing the lids caused the humidity to go too low or the failure was due to the temporary temperature increase when I had the incubator sitting on top of the other cages.
