Geeklog rocks when it comes to security

I’ve just upgraded all of my own sites and most of my client sites to Geeklog 1.4.0sr5-1, the latest release. I must give a big “hats off” to the development team over there for addressing any security issues as quickly as they do. Once they’ve learned of a potential exploit, they set to work making the patch and getting it distributed.
Given that Geeklog is Open Source, it’s impressive how much care and time is spent maintaining the script. If you use Geeklog, show your love to the development team through their donation page. You can choose to donate to the existing release or contribute to the next version, which sounds incredibly exciting.
